1. Digital Nature of Services

Astravora operates solely as a digital service provider. We provide software engineering academy training and client solutions engineering services. We do not sell, package, or ship any physical products or goods. Therefore, no physical shipping rates, tracking numbers, or logistics are applicable.

2. Academy Course Access & Delivery

Upon successful payment registration for any of our Academy courses (Java, Python, or MERN programs), access is delivered as follows:

• Confirmation: You will receive a purchase confirmation email containing payment details immediately upon successful checkout.
• LMS Access: Detailed instructions to set up your account on our Learning Management System (LMS) and access cohort classrooms, slack channels, and resource repositories will be delivered digitally within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Software Solutions Project Delivery

Custom software solutions, code repositories, built binaries, and cloud environments are delivered electronically to client-managed Git organizations or hosting infrastructure (e.g. AWS) according to the project milestones agreed upon in the Statement of Work (SOW).

4. Delivery Delays or Support Issues
