Refund & Cancellation.

1. Academy Program Cancellations & Refunds

We design our software engineering academy programs to deliver practical, production-level coding training. In order to maintain cohort sizes, we have the following policies:

• Cancellations: Students may cancel their enrollment up to 7 days before the cohort start date for a full refund.
• Cohort Commencement: Once a cohort begins, fees are generally non-refundable due to limited cohort seats. Any exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Software Solutions Services

Payments made for custom software development, engineering augmentation, or consulting projects are governed by their respective Statement of Work (SOW) or master services agreement. Milestone-based payments are non-refundable once the milestone work is completed and accepted by the client.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated immediately by our billing department. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment source (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet) via our payment processor, Cashfree Payments, within 5 to 7 working days, depending on bank processing timelines.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please email hello@astravora.com with your enrollment/order receipt, payment reference, and reason for the cancellation request.
